One of the best new hardcore punk bands, no further caveat needed. That fact was crystallized to me by seeing them play recently and also listening to the Finger Bastard tape they had, which I think is some sort of split but I'm not really sure (only have listened to one side thus far). It has a SWANKYS cover on it which is really well done and sounds sick.
Sex Fiend Abomination is doing yeoman's work.. Best comp sound wise I have for this is early or mid-80s Japanese hardcore punk like GASMASK or GAUZE, as opposed to like noise punk ala CONFUSE or those early bands/records where the MOTORHEAD influence is more easily traceable. You don't get that at all here. It's fast and straightforward, the riffs are extremely compact and often staccatoed while the drumming is uptempo and pogo-heavy. There are a few moments where the basslines jump out that I think are really cool, and the vocal parts really stick in your head whether they are in Korean or English.
